We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Roof, it was the perfect base to explore the town and a great alternative to a resort-style all inclusive, which isn’t really our thing. It is very well located and everything is easily reached on foot - the beach is two minutes walk away. The roof terrace is lovely and secluded, and the small pool is great for those wanting a break from the beach. Everything in the apartment was quite new and the beds were really comfy, with great air conditioning and a small kitchenette, should you need it. There are lots of plugs in the apartment, and we also had a small balcony. JC, the owner, is an incredible host and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect - a 10/10. He organised any trips we wanted to do, and was always immediately contactable. Nothing was too much trouble, he’s a very helpful guy and it was nice to see an owner who takes a lot of pride in their property and guests’ experience. Due to our room being empty the next day, we were also given the benefit of a later check out to meet our flight time, which was hugely appreciated. Merci pour ce super séjour!

All was fantastic, the location just in front the ocean, the room and Milu was so nice with me. The breakfast was amazing. For sure, I will repeat my experience with them if I come back! Le logement est très bien placer c'est vraiment super. Et surtout il est TRES propre. On s'y sent vraiment bien.c'est très sécurisé et la propriétaire est vraiment cool discrète et serviable. J'ai vraiment aimer le quartier. Je me sent bien là bas

L’établissement New Rooftop Gem with stunning Oceanview se trouve à Santa Maria, à quelques pas de ce lieu d’intérêt : Praia António Sousa. Robert made our experience unique! He gave us all the best tips of the island because he knows it really well and he made a personal tour with us! He was adorable and made everything easy for us, from the kite surf lessons to the scuba diving and the restaurants! One day we went fishing in his boat! The apartment is very comfortable and the terrace is amazing, the location is perfect because everything is near and walking distance! Getting to visit Sal with Robert it is a must, is an experience you can not have in any other apartment or hotel. We are coming back for sure

The place was very clean and had a very good location and view. They were very helpful with our checkout as we had a laye flight. We were able to store our luggage in their brother hotel and use the beach , pool and a shower. Totally helped is out, I recommend them fully.
