Soo kind people, nice welcome the breakfast❤️‍🩹 was amazing, well made, and fruits from the garden🌼. Especially the juice😍 (soursop?treefruit) they made straight from their own garden was heaven so good.. We walked up from their place to the nine arches, then a beautiful walk to the arches of mountain little Adam we did that to, had super vegan diner in Ella, and walked back. Amazing nice long walk all together. Exactly our 'peace 😃of cake!🌿🌜

Lush in Ella is a brand new venue and a true hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Yet it is very close to the center of the town. The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. The owner and his family are super. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Spacious, modern and super clean. Bed is very comfortable and morning is served on the balcony. Wifi is also great. It is on the main road but completely away for the noisy part of Ella. Located next to the paths that lead either to nine arch bridge or the little Adam’s peak. Would happily stay again and already recommended the place to others

Staying at this accommodation was the best decision we have made!!! We were welcomed by the most beautiful family, after a long journey. We were able to park our tuk tuk under CCTV which made us feel reassured. We booked all 3 rooms, and they were all incredible. The accommodation was extremely clean, and the rooms are all attached to a balcony with a view of the mountains and lots of birds. The rooms have hot water and REAL beds with REAL pillows and a duvet. No AC needed, the area is nice and cool. We took a tour of the family's rice fields and vetegable garden. The highlight of this accommodation is the food that the family prepares for you. We have been in Sri Lanka for almost a year, and this was by far the best food we have had! The breakfast is included and is huge and varied. They provide many different options including fruits, hoppers, juices, teas, coffees, dahl, sambol, pancakes, rotis, avocado and so much more! We decided to order dinner through the accommodation as well. Each dinner has about 10 different dishes and you are able to make requests if needed. We had all sorts of incredible food like jackfruit curry, fish curry, chicken curry, noodles, rice, eggs, papadom, and everything else you could think of! (And beers) All in all, our stay here was absolutely incredible and it was the highlight of our trip. We can highly recommend!!

AMAZING !!! Best view in Sri Lanka , sit back relax, enjoying your breakfast or dinner overlooking Ella Rock, litte Adams peak and a waterfall perfect !!! Superb experience ! We highly recommend this accommodation. The location is ideal (surely one of the best views of Ella), the facility is modern, clean, practical and well furnished. Everything is done to make you feel at home. More than just a place to stay, it is also the opportunity to meet incredible hosts. Our three hosts have always been kind, thoughtful, interested in knowing more about us, and willing to share their experience / recommandations of Sri Lanka. The service level is a 10/10 ! In addition, pet lovers will also have the opportunity to meet two adorable dogs, always happy to greet visitors. Not a problem though if your are less inclined to meet dogs as they do not share the same area of the house.

    Lovely host family, very welcoming. Amazing views from the terraces on each level. Rooms are comfortable with hot water showers and air con. Great breakfast in the morning. We asked for omelettes the second day and this was not a problem. Just bear in mind there is a very steep hill down to the accommodation so bear in mind if you have any difficulty mobility wise. The Main Street is very close for restaurants etc and the walk to the nine arch bridge and little Adam’s peak is quite close from the homestay.

    We really loved our stay in Happy Horizon Home Stay. Very nice owners, great breakfast, beautiful view, ... You can easily reach Ella town by foot and Happy Horizon Homestay is the ideal starting point for a hike to Ella rock.

    Great place, just out of town,ealkable or plenty of tuktuks avail. just a note,its up a few flights of stairs so would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to access. Beautiful views, wonderful breakfast. Lovely host family.

    This is a beautiful homestay where you can relax, the room terrace is big and has an amazing view where you can also enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, taste and the best part is that they make it. The host family is incredible and help you in every moment. I wish them all the best for the future.
