My stay at SpiceBuds FarmStay in Ramakkalmedu was an unforgettable blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, nestled within a serene 5-acre spice plantation in Koottar. The beautifully renovated heritage rock house, particularly the spacious and spotless Cardamom Suite, offered a cozy retreat with plantation-themed decor and a private veranda perfect for soaking in the lush greenery and birdsong. Jobins, the owner, and caretaker provided exceptional hospitality, tailoring delicious vegetarian meals to our preferences and guiding us on a delightful plantation walk to the watchtower, showcasing cardamom, pepper, and clove cultivation. Jobins dad visited us in the morning and even gave us a Cardomom plant to take home With amenities like free Wi-Fi, a cozy campfire, a treehouse, and proximity to attractions like Ramakkalmedu Viewpoint, this tranquil haven is a must-visit for families and nature lovers seeking an authentic Kerala experience

It's a really nice hotel in the middle of nature. We stayed in a wooden cabin, which was simple but cosy. The view from our balcony was amazing. The pool offered a lovely refreshment in the morning, and the breakfast was an interesting experience every day as they served local dishes. What makes this place special is its hospitality - it's a family business, and they make you feel like. You.

We loved the location, right in the middle of the jungle. Very kind family, from the daughter and son to the parents and grandparents! It was great to be surrounded by all kind of fruit and spice trees. Our room had an amazing view to the forest and the sounds of nature were really unique.

    We had an incredible stay at the Jungleview. It literally is situated on the border of the jungle and you could spend the whole day sitting on the terrace watching monkeys, birds and squirrels. Nazeer was the most welcoming, sweet person! He was incredibly kind and made us feel like at home! We had really great homecooked food by his wife ( veg and non-veg possible). The quality price ratio is incredible and we highly recommend the Homestay!

    The view from balcony is just mesmerizing. The place is very calm,peaceful and just so beautiful. If you love nature then this homestay is the best place to choose. And the owner Ajeesh was very kind and gave us all the comforts.

    Jungleview home stay is the best homestay I've found in India through 2 months travelling: - The owner(big soul man) and his staff are kind and helpful. They can help you to manage the activities in kumily - The place is like in the photos(probably better) .You will feel adsorbed in the jungle environment and easily you can see a lot of wild animals. - Rooms are clean,functional and well decorated. - Price is low - Position is 15 minutes walkin from the park entrance (5 minutes by tuc tuc). I felt like in a family(but more funny:)!
