This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had—not just in a homestay but in any hotel we’ve stayed at. You’ll be welcomed by an amazing family who make you feel like you’re truly part of their own. Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to join them on unique excursions like visiting cultural villages, learning to make coconut oil from scratch with the whole family, or exploring the rice fields with their cousin. The stay also includes a delicious homemade breakfast and lunch, and if you’d like dinner, you can enjoy it at their cozy little restaurant on-site. We had an unforgettable time and already can’t wait to come back. This family has made us feel like one of their own, and we’re so grateful for their warmth and generosity. If you are heading to Tetebatu, you cant miss this accomodation. The location is absolutely stunning. My home is right in a rice fields surrounded by local people. We loved to wake up early morning and enjoy that view from our private terrace upstairs. Actually your room and terrace is private just for you. (Double room with stylish bathroom) the family is living just by the corner, but you still have privacy. We absolutely felt in love with their menu. Sisters are just the best cook. Ayam Percik was our favourite and we ate this chicken in lemongrass sauce everyday! We tried also other options and everything was delicious. You just need to be aware its taking a longer time to prepare food (like minimum 1 hour) so place your order before you are crazy hungry. We love our staying here and their family is just very helpful and so nice.

I had the best sleep here because was so quiet. Location is amazing, next to rice fields. Food was so tasty and fresh with local ingredients (make sure you taste hot chocolate with cocoa beans from the area) Day trips to rice fields, waterfalls, monkey forest were also soo nice and the staff very friendly and speak english very well. I definitely recommend it

Sukry and Amin are amazing hosts! Cute bamboo hut, more than enough space, clean and with an amazing view over the ricefields! The coffee, tea and breakfast is amazing too, even as their dinner menu! The best place where we stayed in Indonesia 😊 The owners are amazing people, super attentive, rooms are clean, spacious, we loved the detail with led strip which you can turn on and it makes great atmosphere in the room. With interesting design of bathroom😊 (there are stones on the floor and tiles where you walk). And the location is very good as well, you are close to everything you need. They have cute dog who welcomed us together with the owners but the best? Breakfast, I mean WOW! We had super tasty sandwich and lemon pancake and it was very good and they brought us fruit and smoothie as well with tea and coffee and everything was so tasty 😊 Thank you guys! keep going, Veronika and Marek

This is possibly the best place we have ever stayed. The location is amazing, set amongst the rice terraces. The bamboo cottages are really well made and comfortable with their own private bathroom with plenty of space. You can get delicious indonesian food there as well, everything fresh and homemade. The accommpdation itself is incredible, but what makes this place so special is the people that work here. So friendly and helpful and always eager to show you how proud they are of where they live. They could not have done more for us on our stay. The tours they offer give you a real insight into the local culture as well as the stunning scenery and waterfall swimming spots around the area. If you're considering booking this place, just do it. It won't let you down.

The best thing about this homestay was the incredible view and all the tours I did with the host Ramli. I had 4 nights here and there was plenty to see. The local craft makers, village, waterfalls and rice field walk, and climbing Pergasingan Hill. Such authentic experiences, especially meeting people where it felt like visiting friends for cups of tea and delicious snacks. The food at the homestay was delicious and plentiful, and the room spotless. Highly recommend!

I can only recommend this homestay! It has very basic facilities but is surrounded by beautiful rice fields. Izy, the host, and his whole family are really nice. He welcomed me with delicious food, was able to help with every question and offers interesting tours around Tetebatu. In the evening you can sit down with him and the family if you like and try some delicious ricewine. It also makes sense to eat there, because it tastes marvellous.

The Homestay was nestled among rice paddies & very peaceful. The host family, especially Izi, were kind and very friendly, and provided a wonderful service to make us feel very much at home. Breakfast was generous with large fruit salad & a choice of pancakes or local food

This accommodation is just awesome. It is very cozy and has everything you need. You have an awesome view on the mountain. Fendy is there for you 24/7 and will help you with whatever you neee. He cooks great local dishes with ingredients from the garden. 😋Also, he can take you to some nice places around and show you how the locals really live. I had the best time at Coconut Homestay and will definitely come back 👍🙌

Fantastic value for money. Picturesque and serene location. Clean and very comfortable homestay. The locals are so friendly. Adi was the perfect host, looked after us very well, and cooks delicious food. His nephew, Eddie, is a knowledgeable guide and owns the Tereng wilis bungalows up the road that has great food at his warung. There are a lot of mosques in the area, and the muezzins start early, but we got used to them very quickly.
