Located in a quiet residential area, still very close to union street and town centre, about a 10min walk. Neil is a great host, he was there to greet us on arrival and explained how everything works. Communication was also great prior to arrival, as he booked a parking space for us. Our room was very cute, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Small kitchen area was a plus with hot water tap to make tea. Very tasty cookies, milk and cereals offered as well for a quick breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing free bag storage after checkout. Room was clean and comfortable-- perfect amount of space for one person, with a shower and sink even in the non-ensuite room. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The owner was extremely responsive when we arrived several hours earlier than planned and quickly got us into our room for a much needed nap! Bed was very comfortable. The communal area was very comfortable with a wealth of interesting reading materials and music choices.
