The owner was very helpful. He contacted me by phone to confirm my arrival time and when I informed me that I was delayed due to my flight arriving late. He kept the accommodation available and made sure I could access the property at a late hour. Graham and Hilary have a lovely guest house and our stay there was a joy. The location is perfect for exploring Kelso and surroundings and Graham could not have been kinder and more helpful in giving us many tips and suggestions to make our holiday as special as possible. His breakfasts, including his Scottish Borders breakfast, were the best we had on our entire trip and we looked forward eagerly every morning to his delicious cooking and good coffee. What I loved the most was that it was nice and quiet (perfect for a proper rest). I had a great sleep in the comfy bed, and the room was cosy and warm. The bathroom was immaturely clean and had a nice hot shower. Private entrance so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. I would definitely stay again.
