Absolutely lovely & immaculate accomodation with everything you'd need, lovely hosts and great location. A small walk away from the harbour and all of it's great bars and restaurants. We couldn't of wished for any more. We'll definitely choose the Sandpiper Suite on any future trips to Brixham and would very highly recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in the area..

Utterly blown away by the attention to detail and lengths gone within the rooms to dater for guests every need. Refreshing to see no expense spared for the sake of comfort. Such an overwhelmingly positive and friendly experience that should I ever return to Torquay then there'd no doubt as to where I'd stay. Bravo from a former hotelier.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Kelly & Chaz. Shown to our room No.5 Lovely and cosy with big double bed, chairs,table, wardrobe and lots of storage. Tea and coffee supplied and replenished daily. Nice touch we had 2 tumblers and 2 wine glasses. Compact bathroom with hand soap and shower gel provided. Everything was clean and fresh. We didn't have the Breakfast, so unable to comment on it. Cannot believe they have only had this B & B since February, you're doing a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend this venue.

All the kindness and help from Steve and Joseph!! All the extras in our room, including s dressing gown, slippers, lots of snacks, a small bottle of complimentary sparkling wine in our fridge, facecloths, shower cap, etc. Delicious cappuccinos and breakfasts made to order Steve dropped us off at the Harbour restaurants, so we didn't have to find parking on a busy Saturday night. It took us about 25 minutes to walk home, but we could have ordered a taxi Wonderful packed lunch of sandwiches to order, yummy cake, a banana and a naartjie, and a bottle of water for £5. Exceptional value!! The delicious slice of cake each day in our rooms for us to eat (with a list of ingredients used). Carrying our heavy bags into and out of our rooms for us Using their cars to 'book' a parking space for us in the road next to Garway Lodge, as the 3 places inside their grounds were already taken. Extensive number of brochures in the entrance hall and help with planning our days' outings
