The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. She offered and later booked us a taxi to where we were headed. She also guided us on how to use the metro / train as we were not 100% sure. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she also thanks us for our stay when we left.

The hotel was super clean and modern!! I was surprised at how nice the room was. Reminded me of something I would have stayed at in North America. Breakfast options were good and someone was at the front desk 24/7 to assist with any needs. Taking the Cercania into the center of Madrid was super easy and convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the station.

Perfect location! Just around the building there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, bars, you name it! But beside all of this, at night it is very quiet outside. Also the room and toilets are very clean and comfy beds! The toilet looks brand new and, I'll say it again, very clean! 🥰

The location is just fantastic - across the small square from the Royal Palace. The hotel is occupying only a few floors in a very old majestic building, so you often get to see other dwellers/apartment owners which makes you feel special. The shopping area is very close, and despite it being a city center, the area is very quiet at night, with no street sounds at all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And of course, the jewel in crown - their wonderful kitchen which turns the room into a studio apartment!
