Renovated in 2018, Hilton Prague Old Town rooms combine state of the art facilities with contemporary styling and sumptuous furnishings. Special rooms with easy access are available for guests with a disability. The modern rooms at Hilton Prague Old Town feature comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Executive rooms enjoy access to the Executive lounge, where guests can enjoy free continental breakfast and refreshments, and private check-in and check-out. I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times. After a long break of about two years, I had to come to Prague again. It was clear that I would return to the Hilton again. And I didn't understand why its rating was lower than 9... The hotel is amazing!! And I don't know any hotels in the world. It is exactly what you need from a hotel. Surely its rating should be higher than 9!!

Within walking distance to Prague’s Old Town major tourist attractions and the Palladium shopping mall, newly renovated Hilton Prague Hotel offers comfort and excellent facilities. Free WiFi is available in all public areas, while in the rooms WiFi is available for a surcharge. The interior of the building is great and the location on the city is quite central, very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly, we felt welcomed. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities and massage, can highly recommend it. This trip was a birthday present to my partner and I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who assisted me in organising our stay and making it an enjoyable experience.
Hilton guartantees the facilities offerred.
This is my second stay at Hilton Prague and it did not disappoint. Helpful staff, clean and fresh rooms, excellent breakfast as well. A good value and location for a multi-day stay in a beautiful city.
Good location with excellent directions to get there from either airport or train station. Also provided tips on what to see and how to avoid traps. It isn't the Hilton so don't expect lavish - be realistic, this is a room in a share house, but it's clean, quiet and very secure. Good value for what you pay.
Great little hotel (close to the massive Hilton but a fraction of the price - also offers discounts on using facilities at Hilton!). Nice eco vibe, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast ok. Was quite busy when I visited. Good location not far from main train station, close to a metro I think and a short walk from the river where there are longer, scenic walks & cycles.
There was an old man who was very helpful and really wanted to make it work for us. He switched rooms from 801 to 806 since we paid for a view and we got a wall with a crane as our view in 801. He was wonderful. However, we left early and went to the Hilton Hotel because the internet was scattered and my business zoom calls and meetings for work were interrupted too many times. My work asked me to get better more consistent internet so I went to the Hilton.
If you stay in this hotel, you don't need sheraton or hilton hotels.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no idea when I booked the place that the building was, at one point, used by the secret police during the Communist years. Photos on the wall of Prince Charles visiting got me curious so I asked what all that was about. It turns out Vaclav Havel, a poliitical dissident who later became president, was imprisoned here in the basement for some time. I asked if I could take a look at this and got a short tour. Very nice! https://www.unitas.cz/history
