Everything was exactly (or even better) as advertised, which is not common today! I think the people in the front desk were the most welcoming and kind I have ever encountered in a hotel, and I was please to receive a couple of sms from James (the front desk supervisor) asking if I needed something and to check out if everything was ok. The breakfast was really tasty and diverse, the room was really beautiful and clean, and everything worked as expected.
