Hilton Odawara did it even better this time! I was going to Osaka from Odawara and needed help to ship my luggage over to an unmanned apartment. Siyeon, Ito and Goto has been really helpful to make sure I know what to expect and what details needed and what I need to do for receiving my baggage.
