The reception staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have chance to try the breakfast but appreciated the coffee station as to grab a quick coffee on the way out.

Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was superb - nice and semi private; the location of the hotel is perfect - within a walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go (shopping, upscale restaurants and Hyde Park). Staff was super friendly and helpful
