This hotel and it’s staff is simply amazing! Has everything you need for a pleasant stay and it’s pretty central. The room was nice and silent with comfortable beds. Great housekeeping! The pool area is small but nice and relaxing. The staff knew my son recently had a birthday and left him a little surprise in the room upon arrival. We are thankful for how we were treated.

Set next to the iconic Wembley Stadium and set next to the historic Wembley Arena, the hotel is also located adjacent to the London Designer Outlet.

all good the rooms is big enough and the breakfast is good , as they have halal foods as well. should be more halla food selection too. overall i enjoyed have a short stay there.

My stay at the London Hilton on Park Lane was one of the highlights of my trip to London for a safety training programme. I stayed for 15 nights and everything was just perfect! From the warm welcome by the concierge to my lovely room, which was quite large for a London hotel room. The deluxe king room was the same as seen in the picture on booking.com. I had requested a room with a bird's eye view of London as advertised, and that was exactly what I got! The bed was very comfy. Cleaning service was available daily, and my room was always spotless when I got back from my training at the end of the day. Complimentary bottles of water were provided daily. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from and totally delicious! The staff demonstrated professionalism and superb customer service delivery. Adrianna at the the Front Desk made our check out a memorable one. My Colleagues and I requested for a late check out and she was able to get us some time till 2pm and provided access to the executive lounge for the additional time before heading to the airport in the evening. Special thank you to Maryam at the restaurant who was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my 15 night stay and will definitely recommend this hotel both for long and short stays.

The hotel is in a great location, very well connected with metro, train and DLR, lots of cafeterias, restaurants and bars to choose from and of course somebody could stroll around at the decks for hours. Buffet breakfast of Hilton is excellent and also the reception service was exquisite and professional. The rooms were left always impeccable after cleaning service.

Hilton London Metropole has an executive lounge. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Oxford Street, and just 600 metres from Paddington Station.

**Staff Overview:** During my stay, I interacted with several staff members who significantly enhanced my experience. The check-in clerk played a key role in upgrading my room to provide a better view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, which was much appreciated. In the restaurant, the service was outstanding. Staff members Jorge and Jason exhibited professionalism and warmth, which contributed to the feeling of being in a high-standard hotel. Their attention to detail and dedication to recommending suitable wine options, along with consistent follow-ups, provided a 5-star dining experience. Their exceptional service makes them valuable assets to any establishment, and I would consider hiring them for a catering business at a premium wage. Additionally, the morning restaurant staff maintained a cheerful atmosphere. Melisa brought a light-hearted spirit with her jokes, and a supervisor demonstrated flexibility by allowing me to take pastries and juice to my room for my daughter, who was unwell and preferred to avoid the buffet. Overall, the staff's efforts greatly enriched my stay.
