The Hilton Garden Inn was ideal. We booked the runway view room which made the stay even more special. The location was perfect enabling an easy walk to T3. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We ate breakfast in the restaurant- which was also ideal for our needs. We then walked to the wrong location due to the misleading use of similar names for the two Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow etc etc. Hotels. We were not alone in this confusion. It took 2.5 hours to resolve the issue and, 25 pounds each way to get there and back when we thought we were booked into the Heathrow terminal venue rather than the almost identically named one 2kms away. This i the one which is REALLY at Terminal 2 and 3.
