No pressure in water shower, no cottonbud, no greentea, remote was not working, fridge was making very loud sound. In the winter time no carpet on floor. This is 5 star hilton? Such bad service in a 5 star hotel? I stayed in hilton beacuse i always in hilton properties across the globe. I am shocked . The staff were exceptional and so very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is amazing with a huge amount of choice and offerings from different cultural backgrounds.
