Ideal location with plenty of places to eat or to get bits nearby. The hosts couldn’t be any more helpful. They were fantastic.

A baby safety gate is also available for guests at the guest house. The location is very close to the J train, which is comfortable to get into NYC (takes an hour or so). Even the train makes a lot of noise, inside the apartment you hardly near it. The apartment is well designed and equipped. The Furnitures are new and nice. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but I liked the atmosphere. There are some restaurants, a supermarket, a laundromat and more shops in a 1-2 minutes' walk.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.1 km from Statue of Liberty. Travelling from Australia it felt like home away from home. Perfect location to visit NYC short train ride with heaps of room. We were able to do shopping, cooking, washing and park the hire car for free which would be very difficult to do if we stayed in Manhattan. The house is beautiful and roomy. A great way to go if you don't like being stuck in a hotel room for any length of time. Highly recommend we will certainly be back again.

We booked shared bathroom but our lovely landlord upgraded our room to private one for privacy, which was great. The location is 1-1.5 hr bus metro ride to manhattan. but i think it is acceptable in nyc. Coffee was great as well. The neighborhood felt really safe even at night. We used metro and busses at night and it was nice.
