At the guest house, every unit comes with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was very nice served in a sea view restaurant. The rooms were very clean and very close to the beach. Thr hosts were extremely nice and helpful. I had an accident and they helped me with an ambulance to the local hospital checked up on me and gave me fresh fruits and flowers from the garden. A very restful, beautiful and peaceful place just 30 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin. Strongly recommended accomodation.

The property is situated 3.9 km from Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve, 4.6 km from Praslin Museum and 2.1 km from Fond Ferdinand. Each room is equipped with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. It was incredible, the room magnificent and spacious, the location is ideal for visiting the island, the extraordinary staff took great care of us throughout our stays, the owner always available for her guests with smiles and always in a good mood, the extra breakfast with fresh fruit, omelette, juice, tea and coffee, it was great, thanks again to the owner.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. Beautiful property in a great location. The inside was so clean, new, nicely decorated and maintained. The host was amazing.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Great location on beautiful Anse Volbert, near a good takeaway, a shop, and the departure point for excursions and water taxis. Breakfast was great with fruits, eggs, toast, and coffee or tea. Room was basic and clean and with a good terrace overlooking the beach. It was nice to have the upstairs room for the view. Staff were friendly. Price was very affordable especially compared to the hotels nearby.

Exotic Guest House has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Anse Possession, 600 metres from Anse Volbert Cote D'Or Beach. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. All rooms are fitted with a terrace with mountain views. The property is spotless, clean and super cosy. The owners take amazing care of the rooms as well as any requests from the guests. Lovely Pamela and Andrè, the owners, are always there for any question. The view from the terrace is just spectacular. We had breakfast outside, enjoying the vista of the ocean. We’ll definitely return to Exotic Guest House again when back to Praslin. Plus it’s just 5min walk from the main street and the beach.

The property offers free parking and car rental can be arranged at a surcharge. Dina was a very welcoming and serviceminded host. Our house was very spacious and clean and the wifi fast. The bus stop is just outside the place.

Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a seating area. There is a full a kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. We liked the property as each room was a proper apartment with its veranda facing the garden. Plenty of room inside and outside, kitchen had all the necessary needed, the veranda was very comfortable for having meals or just chill on the beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the mosquito net was very clean and useful. The couch and desk were also very useful, toilet was very spacious. Staff incredibly kind and always willing to help. The place is right in front of a very nice beach, just bring mosquito spray and body oil because there are sand bugs everywhere on the beach!!

Clean, beautiful, well equipped. Our best stay in whole Seychelles. The garden with the ocean is also very beautiful. Very kind staff. Loved it!!

The property has a bar and a restaurant. Free WiFi is available in the rooms. This is a great hotel set among lovely gardens at the best beach in Seychelles (that I saw). The staff are so wonderful. They're incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The beach, Anse Lazio, was my favourite beach in Seychelles (note, it's better than any of the beaches on La Digue, which I hadn't realised in advance). Breakfast is very good too. I would have loved to stay longer and would definitely love to return some day!
