The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). A delicious breakfast was provided, and the couple even kindly gave me a mango from the tree in front of their home. I would highly recommend this place. Amazing , I spent a night in Sri white villa , everything was perfect. the owner is very nice , the villa and the room are super clean and spacious, i got a room with a very nice balcony. The breakfast was delicious and typical from Sri Lanka . I highly recommend it

Very clean and modern. Rooms have Air conditioning and fan. Please note that you do need to walk up a staircase to access the rooms.

From the moment we arrived , we were captivated by the uniq architecture of the house, designed by the owners themselves. The design of the house is stunning and the rooms are tastefully decorated , blending traditional Sri Lankan charm with modern comforts. Each room exudes a unique artistic flair, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are top- notch, and Roshan and his wife went out of their way to help me during my stay. This is without a doubt one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. we will definitely return as our experience was simply extraordinary. They offer excellent service, charming accommodations and a serene environment. I can highly recommend it, if you are going to be in negombo for a short time and want to be close to the airport , it is the perfect place. Don’t miss out on this beautiful place !

I stayed at Ace Boutique Airport for one night before my flight, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is incredibly convenient — just a few minutes from the airport — which made my early morning departure stress-free. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a restful night. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to help, including arranging an airport transfer for me. It’s the ideal place for a short stay or transit stop. I highly recommend it and would definitely return if I’m flying in or out of Colombo again!
