We had a wonderful stay at Neung Aun Kep The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for families. The social area quickly became our favorite hangout spot — it’s cozy, welcoming, and a great place enjoy breakfast The pool area is stunning — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning mountain view. Our kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! It was the perfect way to cool off and spend the afternoon. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Kep. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and social getaway!

Coconut Village Guesthouse and Bungalow has a garden, terrace, a bar and barbecue facilities in Kep. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was checked in properly and settled in. One staff member knocked on my door and said that he could bring my motorcycle nearer my room to ensure I knew it would be safe. The women at the front desk were charming.

The bungalow is very cozy and we had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He allowed us to use his fridge and was very helpful with everything. We liked that it was not in the crowded city center.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Cambodian cuisine. We loved it here. The sun terrace on the top floor is a dream and the free wonky bicycle rental really was perfect. The room itself was biiiig and the building must have been built smartly, as even though we only used a fan it wasn’t too hot at all. The location is good too, it’s close to a cheapish guesthouse and many local shops along the main road. The bed was super cosy and the hosts were very helpful too with onward travel and scooter rental.

The pool is greatly improved since our last visit more than 5 years ago, as a tropical garden has grown around the pool.
