Also easy access to Fiumicino Airport.

Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. Everything just perfect. Spacey room, (most important for me, with a balcony) very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very good location close to all most famous attractions. Everything in walk distance. Easy access to enter the hotel by the directions that was sent by the hotel.. Love it and definitelly will recomend.. Thanks Elisabeta for fried eggs every morning,, just like I want 🥰

Awesome area, near the historic center of Rome. You can walk to any major sights of Rome (Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps etc). There is a police station near Clementi that enforces safety feeling. Very quite neighborhood. Jeric fron Clementi was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose it again when we visit Rome.

At the guest house, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Excelent location, a few meters from Coliseum, and in front a metro station. The room had suficient space for the luggage. There was a Confortable bed. Bathroom was a bit small, but it’s just like others in Rome. The shower was good.

Hostess was lovely. Lift was a bonus but did stairs a few times for exercise. Definitely would stay again.
