Ambleside Townhouse offers free car parking and a lock-up area for motorcycles and bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Excellent location. Was able to purchase early parking and check in. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean, bright, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, fruit juices, fruit, yogurt, granola and cereals and a great selection of cooked breakfast choices.

The Westbourne is a beautiful guest house set in the peaceful area below Biskey Howe in the Lake District. Bedrooms feature walk-in-shower rooms, luxurious toiletries and large fluffy towels.

The Westbourne serves traditional English breakfast. Guests can also relax in the conservatory or comfortable lounge with real log fire. The room is beautiful and the bed is wide and super comfortable. I checked in quite late, and sent the message earlier so the landlord kindly manage to sent the instruction on how to find my room key which I found it very helpful. The room amenities also quite generous with tea and coffee collections and chocolate drinks. Thanks a lot 👍🏽

Original Victorian period features adorn the property, which also offers a cosy lounge. Excellent accomodation in a great location. Beautiful rooms and a good selection of cold and hot breakfast options served in a lovely dining room.

Benefits also include an en suite bathroom, designer toiletries, and a hospitality tray with fresh coffee milk, teas, and biscuits. Wonderfully quirky little B and B. A very comfortable room with enough bedroom space. Loved the claw bath, this was in the bedroom, I loved this but some may not. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This little place was the perfect walking distance to Bowness for restaurants and Windermere for shopping.

It is set 8.6 km from World of Beatrix Potter and offers full-day security. Askham Hall is 35 km away and Buttermere is 44 km from the guest house. We liked how easy it was to check in and out. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom with the big tub and waterfall shower was a beautiful touch.

Good breakfast, vegan options, if desired. Very welcoming hosts!

This bed and breakfast features free private parking and full-day security. Lake Windermere is 7.5 km from the bed and breakfast and Derwentwater Lake is 37 km away. Fabulous comfy bed, breakfast was great. Hosts were superb, very friendly, polite and helpful.
