The guest house features family rooms. Amazing location, an extremely cozy and quiet place, modern decor, very clean. The host is friendly and attentive to details. The ground floor is a private area only. The first floor is for guests, there're three rooms and a common area with leisure activities. Our room was equipped with everything that we needed: USB chargers, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea maker, even a mini fridge where the host left fresh milk and water. No problems with hot/cold water. The breakfast was delicious, we could choose from a variety of options. We'll definitely book this accommodation again!

I’m an American that came to Scotland/Skye for a week to hike and see the beautiful country. I was greeted by my host, Hector, after a long day of driving and delays. I was provided with my own small fridge with snacks, a kettle for tea/coffee, dishes/cutlery, all the little things one may need. The hallway had a microwave, toaster, other snacks, another fridge with shareable items. Any dirty dishes I had were cleaned and replaced on the counter in the hall for me to bring back into my room later. A massive bonus for me personally was the small fan since I usually sleep with a fan at home. The room had a skylight with a blackout shade in it so I could sleep without being woken by the sun. The bathroom had a towel warmer, which felt like a luxury since they aren’t standard in every home in America. Hector was super sweet and even gave me a little Highland coo figurine when I left.

Set in Dunvegan, in a historic building, 8.3 km from Dunvegan Castle, Roskhill House is a recently renovated guest house with a bar and shared lounge. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We booked 3 rooms so we had the complete first floor. The rooms are very nice , spacious and very clean. Hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious. Host gave us very good tips for visiting the island. They have a nice little bar with a great choice of whiskey.

Lovely home and surroundings. It was an excellent location to see the isle of Skye. The pub in town was wonderful too with good food and music. The suite was super comfy and very roomy. The host is very thoughtful and left out snacks and two drams of whiskey for us. She also recommended places to visit. If I could give it a higher score I would. Definitely stay here. It was very peaceful and serene.
