She was so helpful for everything..And the property is exactly in the center of touristic area of shops and restaurants and minutes of walk to the river.

La Maison d'Anne offers self-catering accommodation in a 1610s building, located just 400 metres from Notre Dame Cathedral, in central Paris. In the Medieval basement with stone walls you can enjoy a heated plunge pool with swim jets, a sauna, a football table and a fitness room. We loved absolutely everything. Location was amazing. Safe and quiet and comfy beds. Wonderful shower. The high ceilings, the spa in basement and grand piano—simply divine!

The hotel is located in the best area of Paris. This hotel is a secret diamond and I would recommend it to everyone. A must try hotel!!

With garden views, this accommodation provides a terrace. Outdoor seating is also available at the guest house. We had such a beautiful time at Annick’s & Frédéric’s place. Two such kind-hearted people! We actually thought we had booked a regular hotel room but quickly realized we are being welcomed into a warm family home, having one floor of the house just for us. We had full privacy while being able to immerse into a authentic Parisian home. The location of the place is great. The metro is just a few steps away and takes you to all the breathtaking spots of the city. We had no noise at all during the nights (we got told that sometimes on the weekends you might hear some partying outside). Just around the place are some beautiful tiny cafés and restaurants, which seemed to be very popular with the Parisians. A great experience – we definitely want to come back. Great location, probably the most important -> the metro is literally at the foot of the building. The district is really safe in my opinion, the room is located in the heart of the Asian refuge of France. Mostly people from this culture live here, who are naturally nice and would not hurt anyone. The host is a great, communicative and very nice person with a taste for decor! :) If you are visiting Paris for the first time, this is a really good choice, if we were to come back, we would definitely book this room.
