There was no push to upsell services, but whenever we needed something, the owner provided a perfect solution at a very fair price. 4. The house is well-maintained, full of character, and has a rich historical charm. 5. After we checked out, we still had several hours before our train, and they kindly offered us a place to rest. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.

Pingyao Xinglongyi Inn is located 20 minutes' drive from Pingyao High-Speed Train Station. Taiyuan Wusu International Airport is a 2-hour car journey away. the inn was very beautiful and traditionally chinese. the room was comfortable and equipped with all necessities. the two owners were very nice and helpful, they even spoke english:) bonus they had two beautiful kitties!
