I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

Rooms were a decent size and beds were big and comfortable (average to soft mattress for westerners standards). We could rest very well due to the location: outskirts of Wulingyuan so it was quiet. Rebecca and her family were very hospitable and accommodating: she gave us a lot of information about the park, took us to the entrance by car, helped us buy tickets, do laundry and gave us fruit and juice upon our arrival. The concerns we had were addressed. We had dinner once at the hotel and the home cooked meal was really tasty. Good value for money, I would recommend!

It was super convenient and clean. Rebbica is amazing, she is so friendly and speaks english. She helped us in all attractions booking and she helped us in every aspect. The breakfast is recommended, it’s simple and nice and cheap. Its very close to all attractions:)

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. Excellent and attentive staff. They helped us with transport and booking all activities. Everything was seamless.

All the staff, Cheng, Coco, Lee, were super kind and help me book and find my way in Zhangjiajie Park! 100% recommended!
