Wayne and Riaan went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. They even hooked up a TV for my husband to watch the rugby. They provided tons of information about the area and were very kind and excellent with communication. The place in itself was lovely. Right on tbe river with an amazing kids playground. Highly recommend for families.

The hostess Melissa was very kind. Everythung was well taken care of and very thought trough. The location was very nice and we felt very safe. The pool was nice to relax during the warmer days.

I stayed at the guesthouse before and loved coming back to it. It is perfectly located if you want to visit Addo Elephant Park. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are all so warm and welcoming.

Happy Jackal is conveniently located 2 km from the South Gate to Addo National Park.

Very friendly staff and couple, who manages the guest house. They were very welcoming and had some great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious as well. We like that it is a eco-friendly place. They are also providing the opportunities for game drive, which we unfortunately could not enjoy due to a short stay. We are looking forward to come back.

Location was great for ado elephant park and scotia safari. Southern entrance to ado is about 2 miles away. Scotia about 15 minutes drive. Port Elizabeth airport about 30 mins away. Property was in a safe location and rooms were great. If we were to go again, we would stay at least 3 nights and go to ado on day one and scotia on day 2. Property owner was great.
