I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is super clean, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, and the location is perfect, lots of restaurants around. People was super friendly too! Wi-Fi speed: 25mbps.

The staff here showed me that Vietnamese people are very friendly and approachable. She speaks English quite well so I can easily get a lot of information from her. The caves are a must-do when visiting Phong Nha, each cave has a different beauty. I was really immersed and enjoyed it.

The staff greeted me with a smile and perfect hospitality. I asked about cave tours and they had a very well organized book of various tours. The owner called around until she found exactly what I was looking for. I stayed an extra day as they were able to help so much. The room was very clean and the food was prepared to order and was delicious.
