I have already been there three times, each time in a different room. Property is clean and quite during the night. They don't have a reception but it is not a problem if you have to leave early in the morning. Location is in the city centre, parking is available (9eur/day)

I visited with a friend for 1 night only. Really a perfect stay if you’re in Sremski Karlovci! I have nothing negative to write. Very kind family will provide you with the best service. Breakfast for only 6 EUR but it felt like it was worth much more! So good and local food. Clean and spacious rooms with AC. Charming outdoors area for relaxing. Would absolutely recommend! I loved the family atmosphere of the place and the fact that it is located in the old part of the city, minutes away from the central square and all the downtown points of interest, coffee shops, stores, etc. The staff is very friendly and you will feel at home. I also loved the yard where you can sit and enjoy a coffee, some sun or a conversation.

First, the location is excellent as once you step out of the gate, the eventful street of Novi Sad is right on front of you. It was a delightful one night stay with a well cleaned room and comfortable bed. The host was responsive and very accommodating when I asked for help with luggage storage. They don’t offer it as listed but I really appreciate them for managing it even if it’s not something to be expected from them.

Everything was full - full :))) Great location. Walking distance to everything. Super breakfast. Beautifull room ;))) Very clean and comfortable. Modern. Unfortunately only 10 is the maximum... I would give 100 or more stars for Them to rate thr service :)))

The owner of the place is fantastic! He was super friendly and helpful. Although we were very late to check in, he kept in touch and let us in. The room is very spacious and clean and has everything you may need. There is a big balcony and a separate seating area. The location is quite good — within walking distance of the city centre. There are plenty of food options around. There is a private parking space that is well-lit and secure. In short, we are pleased with our stay at Villa Lord, and we would recommend this place to others.
