Downtown treasure place was a great place to stay- it was well located close to the metro bus (1 block away) and metro train stations (4 blocks away). The facilities were lovely- comfortable beds, many bathrooms, showers with hot water, great traditional Mexican breakfast (very tasty and different option each morning) and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you are willing to use public transport.

A mini paradise. My room but also the space were relaxing, comfortable and clean. I only wish I had more days to enjoy. The location was ideal-with caffes and restaurants within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). Traveling alone, I felt comfortable and safe.

Amazing location! We loved walking around this very safe and lovely neighborhood! The unit was very easy to access by code. We never met the owner, but he responded to my message very quickly. We appreciated the use of the downstairs communal space of kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs. Very clean and comfortable!

Everything was so well thought of and the attention to detail is amazing but what's really awesome is the staff. They were more than kind, they were nice and patient! Everything was explained clearly and carefully, there was no confusion at any time about anything! I find that so rare because some staff aren't trained well enough or simply don't really enjoy their job. But at H21 it was the opposite! Thank you to Erandi Dietter and Lili Ery, Cathy Mary! We loved it!

    The location is perfect for the airport: a short walk away, which in the end we felt comfortable walking even with our suitcases, as the street feels calm and the right amount of busy. The room was charming, comfortably-sized and with an armchair! Kitchen facilities would be useful for a longer stay, although we only stayed one night so didn't need them. The building itself had a lot of charm: no anonymous hotel here! The street and building were both pretty quiet, especially for the location. The host is friendly, capable, and organised.
