Tom provided excellent service. He was exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the size of the room and the large patio area in front of our room.

Location is good, rooms are big and clean, airco is a lifesaver with high temperatures. Pool is nice as well! But more importantly a big word of thanks to Anna, the hostess. My girlfriend got - really - sick in the middle of the night. Barely able to move, Anna got out of bed and she and a staff member helped us get to hospital. Anna went with us, translated and helped wherever she could. We are still really grateful for that. She is a very genuine and kind person. Will definitely visit again if we come back to Vang Vieng.

Great hostel, perfect location just a walk away from everything and the hostel is happy enough to book you anything you need (hot air balloon, buses etc), we had an amazing time and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Thanks to peter for being so lovely and accommodating, the hardest worker & so friendly and welcoming!

Super clean guesthouse and staff were hard-working to keep the place tidy and clean the whole day. When we checked in, there were some guests arrived together at the same time, the manager who was so kind and polite, he did everything in a perfect way, communicated people friendly and we had a great time with other guests. Thank you, Alex, for your kindness and your hospitality! The room was simple with basic facilities for stay but beautiful view to see the mountains. The place served breakfast free of charge and provided train tickets to Louangphrabang and tuktuk to train station, they charged us reasonably, cheaper than we went to buy by ourselves. We liked our stay there. Strongly recommended. Come and enjoy your stay and get such a great experience if you are looking for an overnight stay in Vang Vieng

Very nice stay! The staff at the guesthouse was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even booking us train tickets to Luang Prabang (also providing us with a ride to the train station). The room was spacious and clean (including the bathroom) and cleaning was done daily. The breakfast is tasty and healthy, with fresh juices and delicious fruits served daily. Thank you! Recommend!

Actually we didn't manage to stay at Maylay as the boss upgraded us to their brand new hotel where we had the million dollars view and really nice swimming pool. The room was 5 star. Everything was meticulous

The owner is really nice and supportive. He supported us with every single ask-for-help and information around Vang Vieng. He also has a 24-hour motorbike rental service with super cool motorbikes I really like it. The room is spacious enough for a couple and has a private bathroom and a cute balcony (can you believe that?). With that price, it exceeds my expectation and I couldn't ask for more. Definitely, I would book this accommodation if I ever have a chance to go back to Vang Vieng, and will surely recommend it to any of my friends if they plan to visit Vang Vieng
