The owners were incredibly nice, and they were really talkative even in spite of a language barrier. The location is great, and it had that country feel... The breakfast was delicious, especially the green tea.

The original Hanok it was. Even though i’m Korean living in Korea, this was the first experience staying at genuine and old Hanok. there are specific mood only you can feel from genuine Hanok, not recent built modernized ones. I couldn’t expect good toilet/shower facilities but here was perfect. (even some products are the best ever in my life) The owner ma’am was so kind and humorous. she was one of the best parts of this place. ah, even parking was comfortable.

Our staying at the pension was amazing. The owner when we arrived offered us green tea and rice wine that he makes. He also offered to bring us by car at the entrance of the tea field and asked what we wanted for dinner. He cooked for us a very good soup with noodles, we spoke a lot and had a pleasant dinner. I really recommend this place if you want to find Korean traditions and a place where you can rest.

Very nice experience. The little Hanok village not far from the tea plantations is peaceful and quiet. It is a new and kind of "hard" experience to sleep on the floor, but that is part of the story. Boseong is not touristic at all, so nobody speaks English in the area, including the hosts. But conversation works welll with lots of smiling and Google Translate. The hosts are super friendly and offered free transportation back to Boseong Railway station, which is convenient, as buses circulate at a quite irregular schedule. Inside the room you will find everything you need - water kettle, TV, WIFI, hot shower, fridge.....just make sure you buy something for your breakfast in Boseong town before you go, as there is no store in the village. Overall I really enjoyed the experience.

Wonderful hanok stay!! The hanok is beautiful and very well preserved. We felt we were travelling back in time! It is located in a small village surrounded by rice fields. It is definitely worth to stay here to see another view of Korea. To get there, we missed the last bus and our hosts were very kind to come and pick us up! There is also a train station at 30 minutes walk in the rice fields (we did that the next morning) but there are just few trains per day.

The place is beautifully maintained. Historic experience of staying in a Hanok. Quiet, quaint surroundings as you walk around the village. And the most charming & hospitable owners ever , who really took care of us and fetch us for dinner and to the tea plantation. Highly recommended.

An amazing place that has been in the Family for centuries. It has been immaculately restored to original condition with an up to date Bathroom. The host is such a wonderful person who makes you feel completely welcome and at home. This beautiful place far exceeded our expectations. The host also organised a restaurant nearby where we had an amazing meal.

We had a lovely stay in this traditional house! The host was lovely and provided delicious breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, with underfloor heating. Overall the stay was comfortable, but you should expect a traditional bed (futon)! We initially considered traveling by train, but decided to rent a car instead - with hindsight, this was the best way to go, especially if you want to travel to nearby attractions (e.g. tea plants) or restaurants. The surroundings are lovely and super calm.
