Awesome place to stay at during your trip to Hakone! The Irori dinner (absolutely do book this!) was a fun experience and we enjoyed meeting other travellers. The staff were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. Our cozy little attic bedroom was clean and very comfy to sleep in despite the cold autumn weather <3 The shared facilities were clean and the common area nice and lively!

Such a unique place. Enjoyed finally having some comfy couches to relax in! Very well fitted out with absolutely everything you could need. Centrally located to all the sights. This would be a great place for a group of people as there is so much seating and even two kitchens. Highly recommend.

The capsule was cozy and nice. The hostel had all ammenities (fan, ventilation, towels, soap, slippers, fridge...), the kitchen was useful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and the location was great.

Each bed in dormitory has a tiny small room with the tatami and mattress for itself :) but still dormitory for the noise.
