We had an exceptional stay at this wonderful property! The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet and clean area, yet just a short walk from the shopping district. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any needs or queries. Lovely spacious rooms and living spaces. Cafe was open all day and served good coffee , beer and food. The staff were also super helpful with recommendations.

Super clean, check in/out process was easy, no doubt on the security, the location is near to Kujo Kawaramachi bus stop, Tofukuji station and only approx 1.2km from Kyoto station. Reception is very informative.

I could go on and on! I felt like home, in a Japanese home! Plus, it was within walking distance to the metro and was in the middle of the city. It made it easy going around Kyoto. I would love to stay there again one day.
