I highly recommend this hotel. The cottages are located practically right on the beach with a calm ocean. Compared to other parts of the island, the waves here are relatively small, and the water is clean and warm. Additionally, there is a pool with a view of the ocean available for use. The conditions in the cottages are decent, everything is clean, and there is nothing to complain about. The food in the restaurant is excellent, fresh, and of high quality. However, what touched us the most were the people—the entire staff is incredibly friendly. They were very eager to talk with us, sharing stories about the island, local customs, and everyday life. My husband and I have traveled to many places around the world, but we have never formed such a warm and close relationship with the staff as we did at Utama Villas. We will remember our stay for the rest of our lives! We extend our heartfelt thanks and wish the hotel continued success and constant occupancy.

Awesome quite place, clean rooms and very supportive staff and host! Breakfast was included, it was handy. There was no mould in the room and A/C - for me it was one of the pleasant moments :) They also offered me laundry and bike services. Withbike it was waaay easy to travel through Padang Bai. Liked it so extended for a week more!

Super convenient and helping. They helped us organize a shuttle from the airport that we could pay in card, we arrived after their regular Check in hours and they still welcomed us. The breakfast is brought in the room with a beautiful view and they dropped us at the harbor for our ferry with their motorbike, free of charge. Wonderful service!

This is a real hidden gem in an authentic Balinease Village. The house is like from a fairy tale, the most beautiful bathroom i have ever seen. You have everything that you need inside and outside of the cutiest house in the area. You can explore Sideman and Virgin Beach and incredible Rice fields around with no problem. The communication with the owner was more than exellent. He is also a driver and a local guide so if you need a transport or a guide he is the perfect one for that. We will definitely come back again one Day, i hope it will be soon! Thanks for everything 🙏🥰!
