WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. A very honest 10/10. Amazing, traditional apartment with cozy amenities. Very warm during the winter. Healthy and homemade breakfast every morning. The perfect destination for a getaway in nature. Very close to other well-known destinations in Pelion like Milies and Pinakates. Would definitely visit again.

The owners and their family members were incredibly generous and hospitable. The view over the water is beautiful and the rooms are both clean and comfortable.

There was a huge range of food offered for breakfast. It was all delicious and much of it was homemade. It was particularly lovely to have breakfast on the upstairs balcony. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in the area more than we had anticipated and we thought the Seralis was very good value for money.

The location was perfect. Some really nice swimming spots close by and also many good restaurants in skiathos old port. Also the service was really nice and welcoming. The apartment has everything: big fridge, tv, AC also a really nice view out onto the old port from the apartment we stayed in on the second floor.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean and super well maintained, the Grecos Art hotel will meet most of your leisure traveler´s needs, regardless of how long you plan to stay in Skiathos.
