Host, Lee was very welcoming signposting me to local amenities and was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Accommodation amenities are very well thought out to cater for customer needs. It is comfortable, inviting, compact but not cramped, convenient, clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows supportive. There was a large variety of teas and coffee available. I am disabled, so I appreciated it being a ground floor accommodation, with a walk in shower. It is a short drive into the town centre and back, convenient for the theatre. Piku welcomed us warmly, and kept in touch in case there was anything we needed. The property was easy to find, and there was plenty of space for parking. There was toothpaste and toiletries in the bathroom, as well.

Every was perfect. You had WiFi which easily covered the entertainment part. Reserved parking, well done on that and thank you for the heating system it was already on when we got there.

located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!! if i’m ever in need of an overnight stay in that area i would definitely book again
