everything was absolutely perfect. the room was so comfortable, and clear. the staff was so helpfull. they were so kind and lovely. the pub under serves great beer. the staff was so kind and thoughtfull that even if the pub closes at 9pm, they waited for us for more than half an hour because we were drinking and wanted to stay more. It was a great atmosfere.

Room was ideal for two people loads of space, only 15 minutes walk from center and location was quiet. Nice touch being provided with tea coffee etc and water did not expect that.

Breakfast was lovely, Kevin and his wife even served us oatcakes which was a lovely touch, the rooms were comfortable and cosy. Nice and clean. Good location into Newcastle. Kevin and his family were welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home. Met and exceeded expectations and won´t hesitate to stay again, thank you Kevin!
