A nice and convenient place for visiting Inverness. Close to the city center and the river. The neighbood was nice and quiet. Private parking was much appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit around Loch Ness. The full breakfast was very nice.

Very friendly and welcoming. Chris helped us already with the preparation of our trip, recommend restaurants (which we booked and enjoyed), and was always there when we had a question. Spotlessly clean place. Newly fitted room and brand new bathroom with spacious shower. Well lit bathroom, fluffy towels. High quality bedding with beautiful design. Absolutely quiet, we slept very well. Free tea, sodas and Whisky! Extensive breakfast with wide choice of classic and also vegetarian options. No wishes left open. Everything was prepared just for us, fresh and hot. The location is within walking distance of some good restaurants (The Kitchen, Mustard Seed, Rocpool) and the river. Approximately 15 min from main bus station (if arriving from airport) and main train station. We will gladly come again.

Everything was great! Location in a quiet area, close walk to grocery store/ main centre. The room was a great size, bathroom very clean and modern, bed mattress extremely comfortable! The window gave the room great natural light and had a lovely view down the entire street. I was very happy with my stay here, felt very comfortable and homely - great value for money :)
