The heating was off when we arrived late at night, so the bathroom and bedroom were freezing. But we will know that till next time. Except for that everything about this place is lovely and we particularly love the spacious beds and cleanliness of the entire property. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a brief stay in this guesthouse. The host was very welcoming and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner that evening. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a good night’s sleep. Excellent value for money in the heart of Keswick.

The property was walking distance into the town centre and to the Lake. The owners were lovely, very accommodating, and happy to help. They even gave me lots of travel tips, which has been very useful for planning my trip.

Home from home. Friendly staff, very helpful. Best breakfast ever! Only a 5 minute walk into town & 10 minutes from Derwentwater Lake. Would definitely return.

We needed somewhere to stay that was close to the property we are renovating, and it was ideal . The room was very clean and modern deco . The modern bathroom was lovely, and shower pressure was good . The owner was very informative on where best to eat etc . Would definitely recommend staying in these rooms .

Breakfast excellent. Full English with locally sourced products, plus home made bread and marmalade. Room very clean, warm, comfortable with good en-suite bathroom (with great shower over the bath.) We look forward to returning in the future.

The location is fantastic for walks to Hawes End and Catbells. Parking facilities are very convenient and well-organised. Check-in and breakfast systems worked perfectly for us. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and friendly.
