We enjoyed this accommodation a lot. Just outside the city centre, around 600 meter from metro, private parking place for car with possibility to charge. Hosts were very friendly and the whole facility feels like cozy family house with downstairs a large open area to relax or take cup of coffee. There is also a large garden in the back, now in winter to cold but must be very nice in summertime to relax. We were very satisfied and would like to recommandatie this location to others. Photos on website are accurate.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The highlight was definitely the delicious French breakfast—fresh pastries, great coffee, and local specialties that set the perfect start to the day. Our stay at the apartment was truly cozy and felt like home. Everything in the apartment is arranged with care and convenience for the guests. It was especially nice that, despite our rather late arrival (around 10 p.m.) and the contactless check-in option, our host Auroré personally greeted us, showed us everything, and explained all the details. During our entire stay, she and her husband were always ready to help us with any questions. The location is very beautiful — close to the river and in a quiet area. The RER A station is only a 5–6-minute walk from the house, and it takes about 17–20 minutes to get to Paris. Shops and bakeries are also within walking distance, and every morning we enjoyed the freshest croissants there. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cozy apartment. 5 m walk from metro, big Auchan around the street, a lot of small shops nearby. Good place to stay during your work / student / love trip. Very warm (which is nice for winter 2023).

Very nice dependance in the middle of Paris, nearby the metro, some fine restaurants and a couple of Supermarkets. Maxime was very nice and always tried to make us feel welcome! Breakfast was good, especially the Oeuf a La Coche.

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this property. Its location is a major plus, being only a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made getting around very easy. Furthermore, the room amenities were incredibly comprehensive and everything was perfectly maintained, resulting in a wonderfully clean and tidy space. A truly comfortable and convenient experience
