My wife and I never tried to stay in an appartement with people cause we like a little bit of privacy! It was our first time and Wanda made it a great time! She gave us all the privacy we needed! The apartment is very clean quite and the ocean view and the sound of the waves make it worth a 10! Wanda gave us clean sets of towels, left some chocolates in our bedroom. She text us couple days before to ask about time of check in and then texted again the day of and waited for us check in and kept our luggage for a little while after check out. A wonderful host!

It was clean and inviting from the outside. There is a small pool and a nice area at the back for people to sit out at night and there’s also a big table and parasol outside the front. Sylvia isn’t always there but there’s a machine where you can get water and beer and refreshments. It’s in a very quiet street which is unusual for Spain 😊. It’s about a 20 min walk down to the beach. There are some cafes and shops nearby that do a great breakfast and dinner. It’s uphill going back to the hostal which I didn’t find a problem but a taxi is about 6 euros if you want to get one. Outside the rooms is a spotless area where there’s tea and coffee and a fridge and these are free to use. There’s a contact number if Sylvia isn’t there for any queries you may have. The rooms themselves are very comfy with lovely warm showers and aircon. Sylvia left a hairdryer in my room so you can request this.

Villa Amir was great for our stay the room and shower were comfortable and exceptionally clean.The staff could not be more helpful. The location was good. The beach was a 10 minute walk away and the stop for bus which takes you in to the centre of Los Boliches is very close. Bus journey !.20 euros.

Everything was great. Top location 5 minutes from the bus station and the train station. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea. Kind hosts. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. I will come back again. I recommend.

I visited with my mum, and we had a truly wonderful time. Steve and Marina are exceptional hosts—the best I’ve ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. On top of that, they are genuinely lovely people. They also have a couple of adorable cats who are very well-behaved. If cats aren’t your thing, they’ll politely keep their distance. The garden and pool are fantastic, and the small gallery is a great addition. When we had a rainy day, we spent it in the gallery by the pool, enjoying board games, drinks, and food. It was a lovely experience. Like any house, there are minor things here and there, but I know Steve and Marina are already working on updating some of the furniture and facilities. Honestly, these details didn’t bother us at all. The convenience of the neighbourhood, combined with their outstanding hospitality and the beautiful deck and pool, made for a truly lovely week away. I couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’ll definitely be back!
