The location was great, in the heart of Lugano Center, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I took a budget room, which was essential but still very cozy. Definitely a good value for money.

Lovely and charming pensione type stay. Small rooms with two shared bathrooms down the hall. It wasn't crowded, so we did not feel uncomfortable. Good nights sleep. Stayed 3 nights. We had dinner twice. Excellent food! You can tell it is a loved local restaurant as well. Highly recommend the experience for an authentic European stay. The staff are very friendly. Family run business.

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.
