A fantastic choice. Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Such a kind family running the guesthouse. They invited us for a wonderful dinner and got to meet the extended family. We also had coffee and pastries with them. There is a washing machine free to use, a small kitchen, and lake view of Sevan. There are restaurants and small supermarket a short walk away. A taxi to Sevan city or the peninsula is 15 minutes and easy to catch one through yandex. It is an amazing stay for the price.

非常好，强烈推荐。It's new on booking, so there weren't any specific reviews. The location on Google Maps is incorrect, leading us to a home where a local family kindly helped us. They even drove us to what we thought was the correct address, with their three kids squeezed into the car with their mom and dad. However, once again, we ended up knocking on the wrong door. After an hour and a lot of warm-hearted assistance, we finally arrived at our destination. This experience became a memorable adventure, showing us just how friendly Armenians are. (Tip: Use Yandex Maps in this area. The guest house is the right-hand room on the 3rd floor of the outermost gate.) To our surprise, the interior was modern and well-equipped. The sofa bed, which is usually uncomfortable, was so cozy that we couldn't bring ourselves to get out of it. The place had everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook and make coffee. The water pressure was strong, even though the host warned us that the water might be turned off after midnight. Thankfully, that didn't happen during our stay. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the public beach and a five-minute walk to downtown.

Property is as described, lovely back yard seating area would have been perfect if I’d been traveling with friends. Hosts were very lovely — provided a complimentary breakfast spread after I settled in, invited me to help bring in the cows, I got to see them milking and a few hour later was given a cup of milk fresh off the stove. If you want a glimpse at village life, this is a great stay.
