The staff are very friendly. It is located at the end of Amoji village, quiet. Very beatiful garden. It was very clean. There was a small kitchen in common area. We ordered breakfast (2000 drum per person) which was very delicious and served on the bench in garden. You can see a rural living there. You can park you car in the yard. Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!

If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.
