Czech RepublicThere is nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The staff are very attentive and polite. The location is perfect. It is far from the city which we really appreciated. There is a huge beach and even a nature reserve in the hotel. They provide a lot of activities such as fireflies watching, horse riding, water sports, evening performance etc. There is a choice of several restaurants in the hotel. The buffet breakfast is great and the sunsets are breathtaking.
We enjoyed both pools and our kids loved the bath tub on the balcony.
We didn't mind aging furniture because the room was comfortable.

Excellent facilities - spa, pool, kids club, golf course - all of which were made good use of.
The staff are excellent and very attentive, whilst still giving you space.
The Ocean Wing Deluxe Family room which we upgraded to was excellent.

We were attending a conference and ate at Boleh Cafe, the food was so so so so good with so many options! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The look of the room was updated and I appreciate the renovations they did. I was comfortable during my stay. Great view of the golf course from the 8th floor.

Truly wonderful staff. So kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely room with aircon that worked perfectly all the time. Best sunsets ever! Great golf course. And golf staff too.
Fab swimming. Good gym
Book Ocean Wing if possible for peace and quiet. Good team all round and first class senior concierge in Ocean wing.
Oceano breakfast hard to beat.
Great value.
