The hotel is fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and amazing food! The rooms were comfortable and clean with great waterfall showers, perfect after a days skiing. The facilities are great, especially the pool and spa. Plenty of parking in the car park and the covered garage and a storage room for skis and boots. The food was a highlight for us, so much choice at breakfast and also the afternoon snack. Dinner was sublime, 4 courses of truly excellent food! One of our group was dairy intolerant and the hotel provided so many options for her it was brilliant. We enjoyed Cedric’s wine recommendations, his knowledge and attention to detail throughout our stay was truly top class.

This place is really absolutely a YES! The price is very reasonable, the rooms are very roomy, with balcony, a large very well equipped bathroom. Furniture has some chipped paint but every space is very very clean, towels and sheets smell fresh and amenities are promptly available. Our room really had plenty of space and it was a pity that we stayed only one night. Breakfast is rich and with a good choice of fruit, salumi, sweet pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and healthy (non-chemical) juices. Silence was granted and around the venue there are many places that I hope to visit next time.

Cristallo Sport & Wellness Hotel is located high up in Levico Terme, in a quiet area near the spas and Imperial Park. The hotel has a spa, a garden with swimming pool, and a panoramic terrace.

Freshly new hotel. We got an upgrade for better room for free. Fee for dogs is 15 euro per night. Very good breakfast with fresh juices you can make yourself, hot meals, sweets and etc. Location is perfect, there are local restaurants, lakes and a big city in 20min driving. A big parking spot free of charge right in front of the hotel.
