GermanyThe staff was very friendly, good mooded and always was there for help. The hotel has a very chilled and communicative vibe.
The common spaces are very well equipped - from fridges, over pans, to a good oven, everything is there. Also there is a nice space with Beamer to watch movies and chill.
Really a 10 out of 10.
