This place is an incredible maze with comfort and wellness hidden in almost every corner. The heated pools, the lounging areas, the adult only areas… It truly was an amazing, neat experience. The apartment was a really nice size with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The views were good, too. The relaxation area was an added bonus.Bettina and the staff helped with everything we needed.

We had a great stay in Tristenau. Maria, the manager of the apartments, was very helpful at all times and even recommended us amazing hiking trips. The room was perfectly equipped and the beds very comfy. The kitchen was also very complete. On top of that, the sauna and the wellness area were very cozy too. However, our favorite thing has to be the breakfast, I woke up so excited every morning to have breakfast... amazing! We could also see sheeps through our window :) super cute. We would definitely repeat here. Thanks a lot for everything P&R

The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

We had an amazing time at this wonderful place for our family vacation. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host Jessy is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed during our stay. We appreciated a lot welcome drinks and "good buy" present. We want to come back and highly recommend the Apartments Fortuna for the family leave or romantic stay.

The location is amazing! The view out of our bedroom window, I could have sat on our balcony forever! The food every night and every course (all 5 of them) were the best quality food we have ever had! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the spa was beautiful.
