Our stay at the Kaiserhof was a very positive experience. The hotel was of a high standard with clean, comfortable rooms and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to both the cable car and the city centre. The breakfast served each morning had a wide selection and was of high quality. We particularly appreciated the spa area, quiet and pleasant with several different saunas. Would definitely recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travellers, and look forward to returning the next time we are in Kitzbuhel.

This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!!
