It's a bit more off the beaten track and a real nature experience. We had a great time and the team on the ground took such exceptional care of us. I celebrated my birthday here and they even woke me up with a cake and decorations to celebrate!! This was truly a special experience. We went on a night walk which was so informative and learned about the local plants and their midicinal value. We also had a lovely sunset cruise down the river, followed by an evening bonfire dinner surrounded by fireflies. Sounds to good to be true right but, it's a magical place. The tents are a bit more rugged and one needs to have an appreciation for nature to enjoy this spot fully. Take mosquito repelent-althoughbthey have nets in the tent, it's next to the river!

Offrant une vue sur la rivière Rakwana, l'Athgira River Camping - Udawalawe se trouve à l'entrée du parc national d'Udawalawe, à proximité directe du barrage d'Udawalawe et de l'orphelinat des... C’était ma deuxième fois dans cet établissement, et je ne l’ai pas regretté. Un endroit superbe, sur le bord de la rivière, et très calme. le personnel est très dévoué et attentif. Tout spécialement le gérant d’établissement et le chef cuisinier qui est excellent!

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. In particular, our guide Solomons made the safaris and nature walk so much fun and he was so knowledgeable. We appreciated the upgraded tent!

He organized the safari, the driver was a great guide. Lots of animals to see and lots of elephants. The owner is very kind. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended for a few days getaway

Doté d'un barbecue et d'une vue sur le jardin, le River Glamping by Gaga bees est situé à Udawalawe, dans le district de Ratnapura, à 8 km du parc national d'Uda Walawe. endroit calme en pleine jungle, parfait pour s'isoler un peu ! Bien placé par rapport au Parc National. Madu est gentil et très serviable ! les tentes sont très bien. bonne organisation de la part de Madu pour notre safari et notre tuk tuk du lendemain
